We want to make sure that your athletes shooting day is convenient for the gym and the athlete. We schedule teams to come in on their practice day in full uniform and ready to be photographed 1 hour before their start time. If we are shooting just portraits, then 1 hour should suffice. If you are requesting portraits and action shots, then we will require a minimum of 2-2 1/2 hours.
Absolutely! Its in our service that we provide a professional headshot of your coachs and your staff.
Premium value over kickbacks: Rather than offering traditional kickbacks, we provide a high-value service — including a professional media and branding package with images of coaches and athletes for your gym’s marketing and social media. This added service typically ranges from $3,000–$10,000 in value and delivers long-term benefits for your program.
Nope — we’ve made the entire process hassle-free and paperless! There’s no need for parents to fill out any forms ahead of time or send money with their child on photo day. Instead, everything is handled digitally through our secure online ordering system.
After photo day, each family receives a personalized link via email or text message to access their child's private gallery. From there, they can view all the available poses, select their favorite images, and choose from a variety of print and digital products — all from the comfort of home.
This system makes things easier for parents and also removes the burden from gym staff or coaches, who no longer need to track forms, collect money, or manage orders. It's quick, convenient, and ensures every family has the opportunity to purchase exactly what they want.
Yes! We’re happy to accommodate families with multiple athletes. Simply, on one of your athletes scheduled days have their siblings ready to go in uniform with them, and we can photograph them together after the team photos.
And YESSS! We love friend photos. Often we see our team mates and friends and family ... so we definitely love to capture those moments too!
Once the photo galleries are released, orders are processed quickly. Digital downloads are typically available within 24–48 hours after purchase, while printed products are shipped directly to our facility. We organize the orders by team for you, and then deliver to your gym for parents to pick up. Once the orders close, parents have the opportunity to do direct shipping to their addresses. Typically it will take approximately 14 days once orders close and are submitted for printing.
