Our Services, Your Investment


Consultation and Design
This is where we go through your itinerary and discuss the types of photos you are looking for and the details of your event. We talk about the type of editing style you like and what you ultimately want to do with the photos. Knowing this is important because I want to make sure that I meet your needs and expectations with regards to each aspect.

The Event Day
Event coverage will cover the total time of the event, but we always tend to show up a bit early to make sure we are set up and ready to go with what you are looking for.

Delivery of Images
All images are professionally edited for colour, exposure and crop etc.  A sample of images are delivered within 24 hours of your event for your social media and newsletters etc. The remaining images will be delivered within 7 days.


All events are different and require a different amount of time.  We have our hourly rate for smaller events and our package rates.  Let's chat about what best suits your needs.

All event coverage includes all good photos delivered in high resolution jpeg files only via digital download.  We do not put a limit on the number of images as it will depend on your event and what is happening during it.

Also included is a sample of images delivered within 24 hours for your social media and to share.  The remaining images will be delivered within 7-14 days depending on the time of the year.  This may be a bit longer at certain times. 

Should your event require extra expenses our clients will need to cover these costs. These could be Park Entry Fees, Location Fee's etc.

Selfie Booth
We set up the backdrop and the constant lighting and your guests use their phones on a stand to take their own photos with.

Coverage above is based on 1 photographer only.  Depending on your event we may suggest a secondary photographer.  HST will be added to all services.  Travel within 60 minutes of the GTA is included.  Outside of this there will be a travel fee.

What we Include

Our Event Services cover small and large events such as Birthday's, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, Baby Showers, Community Events, Workshops, Seminars etc.  Weddings do not fall under this category as they are more intricate to plan.
